Statistics reveal that depression, anxiety, ADHD and other psychological concerns are plaguing more and more people in our world today. For many, these disorders can seem overwhelming and difficult to manage. However, there is hope! Scientific research is now showing that many mental health conditions can be treated with lifestyle changes as successfully as diseases such as diabetes and obesity.

We at Be in Good Health are particularly interested in helping others learn about how they can better manage their health, particularly their emotional/mental health. We teach people how to do so with not only lifestyle strategies, but with principles from the science, the Bible and other inspired information. We are committed to teaching people principles that will enhance not only their mental health, but their physical and spiritual health as well.  

We offer resources such as religious books, health encyclopedias, cookbooks, and other materials for the family (adults and children). We also provide seminars (small or large groups), private consultations, and cooking classes.
